Ethics
Keep tarot in a healthy place
- Do not frame a reading as fixed destiny or use certainty to create fear.
- Do not use tarot to claim access to another person’s private thoughts or to direct their choices.
- Health, law, money, investment, and mental-health crises need qualified real-world support, because a symbolic reading cannot assess risk, give informed consent, or carry the consequences of a professional decision.
- Ask about the part you can choose. “How can I communicate?” is more useful than trying to prove what someone else feels.
- Tarot can support reflection and decision-making. It cannot replace the evidence, consent, and responsibility that a real decision still requires from you and the people affected by it.
